Join us as we build better futures through bold decisions.

Our mission is to create better futures, and we do that by pushing ourselves to make bold decisions — for clients, for ourselves, and for each other. Whether it’s speaking up and helping a client make the right call, setting a course for your own career growth, or sharing a different perspective with your team, it’s in those moments of decision that you take steps toward the future you want to create.

And our mission extends to those we affect with our solutions: we work every day to build data products, strategies, and infrastructures that arm employees with the data (and confidence) they need to make their own bold decisions.

DEI Commitment

At RevUnit, we are committed to creating a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace.

We foster an environment that promotes inclusion in the ways we work. We believe that having an empathy-first perspective allows for us to be better team members and client partners.

We do this by actively measuring team sentiment about belonging and inclusion (we are a data company, after all) and we actively pursue the feedback we receive by taking action to become #ALittleBetterAlltheTime. We believe all employees should be able to bring their whole selves to work.

We know that diversity makes us stronger, and we pursue that diversity by filling our recruiting pipeline with diverse candidates from all backgrounds, connecting to diverse community resources, and educating our team around the value of diversity and equity.

Our pursuit of DEI is a marathon rather than a sprint - and we are committed to growing, learning, and taking action together so that we can make a true difference.

We work from a culture of flexibility.

We believe that flexibility will dictate the future of work culture. The best employers will need to meet people where they are at, creating policies and operations that support a diversity of lifestyles.

We’ll continue placing emphasis on flexibility ourselves — by investing in the right people for a role regardless of where they are located, adapting our policies like parental leave and health coverage, allowing employees to work from wherever is best for them, and investing in the latest tools and technology that allows our teams to be effective.

Work from Anywhere
(even Hawaii)

We live into our values in everything we do, whether working alongside client teams or continuing to build our own business.

01

Do what's right.

We strive to choose the option that is in the best interests of our clients and our people. It might not be easy, but it’s always worth it.

02

Be fearless.

We always have a bias towards action. We realize that failure is always a possibility, but find comfort in knowing that some of the most impactful learnings happen during times of uncertainty.

03

Celebrate the win.

Celebrating is a core part of what pulls us together to grow as individuals and to do our best work as a team. #CTW Slack Parties are a regular occurrence for us.

04

I've got your back, you've got mine.

It's simple — we support teammates and partners whenever there's a need. We can't predict when life will throw us a curveball, but when it does, we take care of each other.

05

A little better all the time.

We encourage regular feedback and always try to take what we've learned to improve. We’re all human, and we all make mistakes, but it’s important to keep striving for better.
